Tried flashing the LT18i with Alpha2 & Alpha3. No success. Phone is rooted and used. Once the custom rom package & the google package got installed, rebooted the phone. Its stucks at Sony screen, not proceeding further. I have Factory resets, wiping cache prior to flashing the custom rom.

    Any help is appreciated

You need to port back to your original Stock Firmware and again repeat the process. This happens with 1 in 10 phones. So no need to worry. Just repeat the process after you port back to your original firmware.
