    You can backup your contacts using gmail .
  • Charge your device battery with atleast 85% of power.

How To Root Samsung Galaxy Pop/Mini GT-S5570

  1. Initially you need to download the Root Package | update.zip file and save it to a convenient folder on your PC.
  2. Now copy the downloaded file on your phone’s SD card. It is recommended that you copy the file in the root folder of your SD card.
  3. Now Switch OFF your phone.
  4. You need to boot your phone into download mode. To do so, press and hold, Home + Power button until you see Download Mode Screen.
    Note-Use volume keys to navigate through menu and Power/Home key to select an option while you are in Download mode.
  5. Now select ” Apply update from SD card” from the download mode menu.
  6. Then browse to the “ update.zip ” file that you copied to your SD card in step 2.
  7. Now when the process is completed, your phone will restart automatically. If it doesn’t restart automatically, then in the recovery Mode menu, select “Reboot system now“.

That’s it! You have successfully rooted your Samsung Galaxy Pop/Mini GT-S5570 !

    i did as given above.
    after i hit “reboot system now” it shut down, and while switching on it just hangs on the model no screen, and after a while it just show blank-black screen.
    i have kept my phone as that only for nearly 12 hours,
    plz help me what can i do for my phone.

      Okay listen, I guess you must have backed up your system, before trying this tutorial. Just restore your back up and try again.
      If still it doesn’t work, then you need to update your offivcial firmware to the latest version.
