Before You Proceed–>

  • This tutorial is intended only for LG Optimus L3 with model number E400. Trying this tutorial on any other variant of LG or any other device may eventually brick the device.
  • Please note that rooting your device will void warranty of your device.
  • Make sure that you have USB drivers for your device installed on your PC. If you don’t then click here.
  • Enable USB Debugging mode. Go to Options > Applications > Development > USB Debugging.
  • Backup all your personal information on your device.
    Use AppBak to backup all your apps.
    Use SMS Backup and Restore to backup messages.
    You can backup your contacts using gmail .
  • Charge your device battery with atleast 75% of power.

How To Root LG Optimus L3 E400 | One-click Method

  1. First download the Rooting package and save it to a convenient folder on your computer.
    If you are a linux user, you can download it from here.
  2. Now extract the downloaded file to your desktop.
  3. Now you need to connect your phone to your PC via USB cable.
  4. Once your device is connected, Double-Click on run.bat file that you have extracted on desktop.
    Linux users will have to click on
  5. Now the rooting process should start.
  6. Once its done, your device will be rooted.

      Try repeating the process as it may sometimes go through without any changes.

      Just do one thing. Deactivate all the Antivirus Softwares and othe Anti malware softwares on your PC. Also make sure your Firewall is OFF. Just uninstall the drivers and try repeating the entire process again. Revert bak if problem persist.
